1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Skillora Success (owner: Posztor Imre Zsolt). By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our other policies referenced herein.

2. Our Products and Services

We sell exclusively digital products, such as e-books, templates, guides, and online courses ("Products"). All Products are delivered electronically via email or download link. No physical items are shipped.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in EUR and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We use Shopify and other third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. You must provide accurate and complete billing information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Your digital Product will be delivered instantly and automatically after successful payment, via the email address you provided or through a download link in your order confirmation email.

Delivery is typically completed within minutes. If you do not receive your Product within 1 hour, please check your spam folder and contact us at skillora.succes@gmail.com with your order number.

5. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the immediate and non-returnable nature of digital Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in cases of a verified technical failure on our part that prevents you from accessing the Product you purchased and that we cannot resolve.

6. Your License and Intellectual Property

When you purchase a Product, Skillora Success grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Products remain the exclusive property of Skillora Success. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the Product with others
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Product
- Use the Product for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

If you violate these license terms, your license will be immediately terminated, and you must delete all copies of the Product in your possession. We reserve the right to take legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our website and Products lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

- Copying, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract source code from our Products
- Using automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar data-gathering tools to access our website
- Attempting to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the security, integrity, or functionality of our website or services
- Using our Products for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Sharing your login credentials or purchased Products with others in violation of your license
- Engaging in any activity that violates the rights of others or applicable laws

We reserve the right to investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

8. Consumer Rights and Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund ("right of withdrawal") under the Consumer Rights Directive.

However, for digital content that is delivered immediately, this right expires upon delivery if you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you:
- Expressly request and consent to immediate access to and delivery of the digital Product
- Acknowledge and agree that the Product will be made available to you immediately
- Understand and accept that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the Product is delivered
- Waive your 14-day cancellation right

This express consent is obtained through a mandatory acknowledgment during the checkout process.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skillora Success and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Products or website
- Any conduct or content of any third party
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our Products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:
- The Products will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- The Products will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Any errors or defects will be corrected

Your use of the Products and the website is at your sole risk. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

Important for EU/EEA/UK consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Defective products under applicable consumer protection laws
- Breach of your legal guarantee rights (see Section 14 below)
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where we believe you have:
- Violated these Terms or any applicable law
- Engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Provided false or misleading information

If we terminate your account for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund. Upon termination, your license to use any Products will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.

For EU/EEA/UK consumers: You have the right to:
- Submit a complaint to the Hungarian Authority for Consumer Protection (Fogyasztóvédelmi Hatóság) at fogyasztovedelem.hu
- Use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, if different from Hungary

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Posting the revised Terms on this website
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Providing notice as required by applicable law (e.g., via email for significant changes)

Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

14. Warranty and Legal Guarantee (EU/EEA/UK Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection law (Consumer Rights Directive and Digital Content Directive), digital content must be:
- In conformity with the description we provided
- Fit for the purposes for which digital content of the same type would normally be used
- Of satisfactory quality and free from defects
- Delivered with any accessories, instructions, or customer assistance we promised

If the Product does not meet these requirements (lack of conformity), you may be entitled to the following remedies, in order:

First: Have the Product brought into conformity (repaired or replaced) free of charge within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you.

If conformity cannot be achieved: You may be entitled to:
- A proportionate price reduction, or
- Termination of the contract and a full refund

These legal guarantee rights apply for a period of at least 2 years from the date of delivery (or longer if required by your local consumer protection law).

- Your order number
- A detailed description of the defect or non-conformity
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and work with you to resolve the issue.

These statutory consumer rights are separate from and in addition to:
- Any voluntary commercial warranty we may offer
- Our Refund Policy, which addresses voluntary refunds for technical failures
- Your right of withdrawal (see Section 8)

Nothing in our Refund Policy limits these statutory guarantee rights.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, and any other legal notices or policies published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skillora Success regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
