Skillora Success sells digital products like downloadable materials, online courses, templates and guides. These products are delivered electronically and immediately after your payment is complete.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once you access or download the product, no standard refund or return is offered. By completing your purchase, you agree to receive the product immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel or obtain a refund is waived, except in the specific case described below.
Refunds for technical failure
A refund may be issued only if you are unable to access your purchased product due to a technical fault on our side, or if the file is irreparably corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.
To request a refund for a technical issue, email us at skillora.succes@gmail.com. Include your order details and a clear description of the problem. We will review your request promptly. Refunds are issued at our discretion only for verified technical failures that we cannot resolve.
